Black Tea

Black tea is the young leaves or buds of the Camellia plant. Black tea does not grow naturally, but was made on the basis of green tea in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. It is a tea made from suitable new leaves of the tea tree as raw materials and refined through a series of processes such as withering, rolling (cutting), fermentation, and drying. Black tea is produced in China, India, Sri Lanka and other countries. Black tea was originally a tea drink unique to the East. Later, it spread to Europe and became a favorite tea of princes and nobles. Boil water and make tea

After measuring the tea into the cup, add boiling water. If it is high-end black tea, it is better to use a white porcelain cup to observe its color. Usually flush until it is eight minutes full . If cooking in a pot, boil the water first and then add the tea ingredients.

If you use a pot to cook, add the tea leaves, pour in hot water, and close the pot lid so that the aroma and taste of the black tea can be fully released in the hot water.
